Northwest Industrial Business Association
Northwest Industrial Business Association (NIBA) proudly represents Portland's Northwest Industrial District. As a neighborhood association, we are unique. Comprised almost entirely of manufacturing, commercial and artisanal industries, wholesalers, warehouses, and the occasional retail business, NIBA's boundaries extend from the Willamette River to US 30, and I-405 to St. Johns Bridge.
