Soul District Business Association
The Soul District Business Association is a nonprofit membership organization that promotes the economic and business development of inner N/NE Portland. Established in 1977, we are one of the oldest and largest business districts in the city, housing approximately 5,000 businesses and 64,000 residents within our geographical boundaries.
