Child Care Resource and Referrals (CCRR) of Multnomah County is the non-profit, state-designated resources and referral agency serving Multnomah County. Our mission is to strengthen our community by supporting early childhood professionals, providing leadership in the field and by promoting access to high quality child care experiences for all children and families inclusive of every race, ethnicity, language, gender, age, ability or income level.
